Board meetings are now on the third Mondays

Please note the Stony Point HOA Board meetings are now on the third Monday (vs. Thursdays) of the month. The date for the December meeting is still TBA. These dates have been posted on the events calender:

- September 20
- October 18
- November 15

As always, the meetings begin at 6:30 pm and Home owner concerns are the first agenda items. All are welcome to attend.

Applications to tree & shrubs

On Wednesday 7/21/10 One Step will be inspecting trees and shrubs and will apply a treatment if needed.

November Board meeting

The November 2010 Stony Point HOA Board meeting will take place on Monday, November 15th, at 6:30 at the Clubhouse. All residents are welcome to attend. The agenda will be posted online ahead of time.

September 2010 SPHOA Board meeting

The monthly Board meeting has been changed to the 3rd MONDAY of each month. The September meeting will be on Monday, September 20th at 6:30 in the Clubhouse. All Stony Point reseidents are welcome to attend. An agenda will be posted by the 15th of the month.

October 2010 Board Meeting

The October 2010 Stony Point HOA Board meeting will take place on Monday, October 18th, at 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse. All residents are welcome to attend. The agenda will be posted by the 15th of the month.

NO POOL WORKOUTS THIS SUMMER

Just a note of clarification: there will be no formal pool fitness workouts
this summer due to lack of interest.

Here's a kitchen suggestion for the clubhouse:

The kitchen needs a couple of 8X11" wooden cutting boards.

There is a microscopic one there, but a couple of larger ones would be great.

North Cove Book club met there on Tuesday and I brought my own cutting board - a lightweight one from Walmart that I use in my business. The kitchen could use 2 of those - inexpensive and lightweight. NOT plastic, but wooden, which can be bleached and sanitized.

BTW, the coffee maker, the one that doesn't have to be pulled out from under the counter is very nice!

New lock at pool

The new lock requires the code for each entrance and exit. If you haven't needed it in a while you may have forgotten. The code is C791. Please make sure the door locks behind you.
